Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Grok Image collects, why we use it, which service providers may receive it, and the choices available to you. It applies when you visit grokimage.org, create an account, use a generator, or purchase credits.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

Name, email address, profile image, and account identifiers
Authentication provider identifiers when you choose social login
Account settings, credit balance, and generation history

1.2 Generation and uploaded content

Prompts, reference images, selected models, and generation settings
Generated images, videos, task status, and related history
Files you choose to download, reuse, or delete

1.3 Purchases and support

Order identifiers, product, amount, currency, and payment status
Credit grants, consumption, refunds, and expiration data
Messages and attachments you send when requesting support

Payment card details are entered with the payment provider. Grok Image does not store your full card number.

1.4 Technical and usage data

IP address, request time, browser, device, and error information
Pages viewed and interactions measured by enabled analytics tools
Cookies or local storage needed for sessions, preferences, and saved drafts

2. How We Use Information

Create and secure accounts, sessions, and private history
Process prompts and uploads, return results, and restore failed-task credits
Confirm purchases, update balances, prevent duplicate grants, and address disputes
Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Service
Respond to support requests and send transactional messages
Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, complete a transaction, comply with law, or protect users and the Service. The providers used can change as the product evolves.

Cloudflare: hosting, request delivery, database, and object storage. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
KIE.ai: prompts, settings, and uploaded source files needed to run supported AI models. See the KIE.ai Privacy Policy.
Stripe: checkout, payment processing, fraud checks, and transaction records. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Authentication and email: Google or GitHub when you choose those sign-in methods, and Resend when transactional email is configured.
Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Plausible may process device and interaction data when enabled.

We do not sell your prompts, uploads, or account information.

4. AI Processing and Private History

Prompts and reference files are sent to the selected model provider so it can perform the requested generation. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party material unless you have authority to do so.

Your generation history is associated with your account and is not published as a public showcase by default. Provider-side processing and retention are governed by the provider's own terms and policies.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain account, order, credit, and generation records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.

You can delete supported history items in the product. To request account deletion or ask about remaining records, email tengda365@gmail.com. Some transaction, security, backup, or legal records may remain for a limited period after deletion.

6. International Processing

Grok Image and its providers operate across multiple countries. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. We do not promise that data remains in a particular country or region.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a local privacy authority.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses session cookies and browser storage for authentication, preferences, saved generator drafts, and security. Enabled analytics providers may use their own identifiers. Blocking storage may prevent sign-in, draft recovery, or other features from working correctly.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service. No internet transmission, provider, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when our product, providers, or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest material revision.
